Fishes

On Friday night, Andrew and I decided to take Keagan to the MK Nature Center which is in downtown Boise. It is a park that teaches about fish and wildlife. There are a few different streams and ponds with different stages and sizes of fish. They have places where you can look down to the stream from above and places that you can see the water & fish through glass (kind of like an outdoor aquarium. We hadn't been there for a long time and decided that we would do a family outing there. Keagan had a ton of fun looking at the fish, running around and seeing the flowers. Here are a few pictures of our evening. It was a lot of fun being outside and watching how much fun Keagan had.

Keagan's Birthday

Keagan turned two on Monday. We decided to have a few friends over for cake and ice cream to help us celebrate his big day. Andrew and I made a fire truck cake and I think we did a very good job for our first fancy cake. Keagan had fun with his friends and Andrew and I had a good time talking with the adults. Landscaping

We have finally gotten our landscaping done. What a relief!! Our home looks much more like a home now that the landscaping is finished. We had a landscaping company put in the sprinkler system and the lanscaping, but to save on money, we decided to lay the sod by ourselves. Thank you to Sara & Sam for helping Andrew lay the sod. It made it go so much faster than Andrew doing it all by himself. Of course, Keagan had a good time "helping".
